The Lincoln-Sudbury Mutual Aid Network is currently operating on a public forum ask model through our Facebook Group. This model allows us to be sustainable even as our core organizers have reduced capacity, and as some of us are leaving the network. However, if anyone is interested in picking up where we left off, we would love to get in touch with you to share our experiences and help you get the ball rolling again. We are thankful that the public forum model allows our network to have long term sustainability, but we would be so happy to have a new group of organizers to push the network forward and expand the reach and scope of what Lincoln-Sudbury Mutual Aid can do. If you are interested in taking over the network, please message the moderators of our Facebook Group to express your interest and we'll be in touch.
The Lincoln-Sudbury Mutual Aid Network is entirely volunteer run and we believe in being intentional about the amount of work any one person is taking on at any time. We will never ask anyone to take on more than they have the capacity to do, nor will we ever ask anyone to do a type of work that they are not comfortable doing.
