Newsletter #4 - June 22, 2020

Hi Neighbors!

We hope you all are doing well and staying healthy!

We would like to start off this newsletter by expressing our gratitude for those who helped us raise up to $500 for local families this past week! Every donation counts and it was a testament to this community’s care for one another, we hope to continue this momentum for Giving Tuesdays in the future.

We have created a survey so that we can hear from you all directly about how we can improve. We have posted a copy of the survey on our Facebook, and it is also linked here. We hope to use this information to learn how we can better serve our community. If you have a moment to fill it out, we greatly appreciate every response.

We would also like to add a continued thank you to everyone who has been sharing resources with us so that we may continue to inform our community. Our anti-racism document is being added to each week with the help of these community-sourced resources. Additional resources on other topics can always be found on our website. This network is all about sharing and helping one another; and everyone can help in their own way.

Speaking of help, we have received so many messages from people who expressed interest in joining our organizing team! We are still in the process of expanding, and we encourage anyone who has the slightest interest to reach out to us so we can start a dialogue, and maybe have you join our team.

A closing reminder to everyone that we are living in unprecedented times, and it is just as essential to look after your mental health as it is to look after your physical health. So please continue to look after yourselves, and each other, and keep moving forward towards the future!

Warm regards,

The Lincoln-Sudbury Mutual Aid Network
